2. Usage Guidelines and Restrictions
To qualify under this license, your videos must comply with the following conditions:

Transformative Use: Your video must add significant creative value, commentary, critique, or educational worth. Simply reposting or streaming our Content in its entirety without active commentary is strictly prohibited.
Length and Scope: You may only use the minimum amount of Content necessary to provide context for your reaction or commentary.
Monetization: You are permitted to monetize your reaction videos through standard platform ad revenue (e.g., the YouTube Partner Program), provided your video complies with all other terms of this license. You may not otherwise sell, license, or charge a direct fee to view your video containing our Content.
Attribution: You must provide clear attribution to aetheryteradio.com in the video and video description, including a direct link back to the original source.
Public Availability: The Content being sourced must be publicly available and not available only to exclusive parties (e.g. Patreon).
No Endorsement: Your video must not state or imply that your commentary or channel is endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with aetheryteradio.com.

3. Revocation and Takedowns
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to revoke this permission at any time and for any reason. If we request that you remove a video containing our Content, or if we issue a copyright takedown notice (such as a DMCA notice) via YouTube or any other platform, you agree to immediately comply and remove the video.

Game trademarks and copyrights

The Site posts news about games published by Square Enix. All game names, logos, and related materials belong to their respective owners.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email us at admin@aetheryteradio.com with:

Acceptable use

We do not tolerate harassment our staff or interference with the Site and its operation, whether in person or online. Staff

It goes without saying, but do not harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate our staff, whether by email, social media, Patreon, or any other channel. We may block anyone who does from the Site, including member content.

Technical interference
